  • Access Tokens: Facebook provides us with access tokens that allow us to post content, read insights, and manage your Facebook Pages on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted and stored securely in our database.
  • Permissions Requested: We request the following permissions to provide our services:
    • pages_manage_posts - To post content to your Facebook Pages and reply to comments
    • pages_read_engagement - To read Page insights and engagement statistics
    • pages_show_list - To list your Facebook Pages so you can choose which to connect
    • pages_read_user_content - To read Page content and comments for moderation
    • business_management - To manage business assets
    • read_insights - To read analytics and insights data
    • pages_manage_engagement - Optional: Advanced comment moderation features (requires Facebook App Review)
  • Data We Access: We only access data necessary for our services:
    • Your Facebook Pages (names, IDs, usernames)
    • Page insights and analytics data
    • Content posted through our platform
