3. User Accounts

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell, license, or share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., posting to social media platforms as authorized by you).

5.2 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Timmy Social and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Social Media Platform Connections

By connecting your social media accounts to our Service, you:

  • Authorize us to access and manage your social media accounts as instructed
  • Grant us permission to post content on your behalf
  • Agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
  • Understand that we use official API connections provided by each platform

6.1 Facebook Integration

When you connect your Facebook account, you specifically agree to:

  • OAuth Authorization: You authorize us to use Facebook's OAuth system to authenticate and access your Facebook Pages. You will log in directly with Facebook, and we will never have access to your Facebook password.
  • Permissions: You grant us the permissions we request (as listed in our Privacy Policy) to enable posting and analytics features.
  • Page Management: You understand that we will access and manage the Facebook Pages you select, including posting content and reading insights on your behalf.
  • Facebook's Terms: You agree to comply with Facebook's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Meta Platform Terms for all content posted through our Service.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content posted to your Facebook Pages through our Service. We are not responsible for content that violates Facebook's policies or any laws.
  • Data Usage: You understand that we will not sell, license, or purchase any data obtained from Facebook. All Facebook data is used solely to provide the services you've requested.
  • Token Management: You understand that we store encrypted access tokens to maintain connections to your Facebook Pages. These tokens can be revoked by you at any time.
  • Multiple Pages: If you connect multiple Facebook Pages, each Page will be stored as a separate connection and can be managed independently.
  • Disconnection: You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time through your Timmy Social dashboard. Disconnecting will revoke our access tokens and prevent us from posting or accessing your Pages.
  • Data Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your Facebook data at any time. You can do this through your Timmy Social dashboard or through Facebook's data deletion tools.

Important: You must be an administrator of any Facebook Page you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to manage and post content to connected Pages.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published. We are not responsible for any content that you choose to publish.

8. Payment and Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timmy Social and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
